Needled Punch Products

In the needling process the fibres are linked together by a special technique, normally onto a hessian or PP backing. A thin layer of latex may also be applied for enhanced binding of the fibres. Needled coir and hair are produced in rolls and sheets.

Needled pads are more compact than rubberised pads. It's fibre that is needled onto a backing (hessian or spun bond). Since these pads are more compact they are more suitable for tougher tasks. They make a good pressure devider on top of bonnels for example. These needled pads can be made of various products in various weights. It's always a pretty dense pack. We can deliver in sheets or rolls (max 20 meters). Recommended weight: between 800 and 1500 grams per m2.
